Ukraine imposed sanctions against Chubais and Kudrin

President of Ukraine Vladimir Zelensky, by two decrees, imposed sanctions against 147 individuals and 303 legal entities; the documents are posted on the website of the head of state. Among the persons subject to sanctions are the ex-head of Rusnano and former special representative of the Russian President Anatoly Chubais and the former head of the Accounts Chamber Alexei Kudrin.

Other persons subject to sanctions include the head of the Main Operations Directorate of the General Staff of the Armed Forces Sergei Rudskoy, the general DIRECTOR of the TASS agency Andrei Kondrashov, the ombudsmen of the Donetsk and Lugansk people's republics Daria Morozova and Victoria Serdyukova, the director of the Metalloinvest company Nazim Efendiev, the managing director of the company " Mosenergo Alexander Butko, businessmen Anton Viner, Igor Chaika (son of the presidential envoy to the North Caucasus Federal District and former Prosecutor General Yuri Chaika).

Among the companies included in the sanctions list, there are structures registered not only in RUSSIA, but also in Cyprus, CHINA, the UAE, Belarus and other countries. The restrictions included, in particular, the Russian MegaFon, Mosenergo, Moskomsvyaz, OKB Aerospace Systems, aircraft missile manufacturer Dux JSC, and Makhachkala Sea Commercial Port. Also under sanctions were Faberlic, United Confectioners, the Babaevsky and Rot-Front concerns, and the Red October factory. Among government institutions, the Don Rescue Center of the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations was included in the list .

Ukrainian sanctions involve blocking assets, limiting or completely stopping trade operations with specified individuals and companies, banning the withdrawal of capital outside Ukraine, banning the transfer of technology, rights to intellectual property rights, stopping the fulfillment of economic and financial obligations, and banning the acquisition of land.

Ukraine has repeatedly expanded its sanctions lists against the backdrop of the Russian military operation. Russian politicians, officials, businessmen and artists fall under Kyiv's restrictions. On November 18, more than 100 people were placed under restrictions, including the head of Crimea Sergei Aksenov, the head of the LPR Leonid Pasechnik and State Duma deputy Dmitry Sablin. In addition, the Ministry of Construction, Rosmolodezh, Federal State Budgetary Institution Rospatriototsentr, Young Guard of United Russia, as well as a number of charitable and volunteer organizations were added to the sanctions list.

Western countries are also introducing sanctions against Russia. Moscow called the restrictive measures illegitimate and unable to influence the Russian position.
