The United States has expanded sanctions against RUSSIA. The US Department of Commerce is tightening EXPORT controls on industrial sectors and "luxury goods". Export restrictions, in particular, are being introduced against MegaFon and the Skolkovo Technopark.

In particular, the following Russian banks fell under US sanctions:

"Credit Bank of Moscow"; "Bank Uralsib"; "MTS Bank"; Bank Zenith and related companies; Metallurgical Investment Bank (Metallinvestbank); "SDM-Bank"; "Lanta Bank"; Novosibirsk bank "Levoberezhny"; "Bank "Saint-Petersburg"; Primorsky Bank "Primorye"; "Ural Bank for Reconstruction and Development" (UBRIR).

In addition, the sanctions list of the Ministry of Finance included the investment management company IC Veles Capital and related companies, the financial company CONFIDERI Pte Ltd, as well as 14 companies associated, according to the United States, with Russian businessman Alexander Udodov.

By a separate order of US President Joe Biden, from May 10, a 200% duty on aluminum and aluminum goods from Russia will be introduced.
