"At today's meeting, the leaders of the bloc will consider measures, including the introduction of a ban on landing Belavia aircraft at EU airports," the newspaper writes.
In addition, European diplomats said that the EU may also declare Belarusian airspace unsafe for flights. The European Union is also exploring the possibility of expanding sanctions against Belarusian officials, including "travel bans and asset freezes."
