
Russian businessman Mikhail Gutseriev, who previously got rid of control over RussNeft, has transferred control of his second key asset, the Neftisa company, to his brother Sait-Salam Gutseriev, the Kommersant newspaper reports.
According to the publication, Mikhail Gutseriev remained a minority shareholder of the company. Now Sait-Salam Gutseriev in Neftis owns about 68%, and Mikhail Gutseriev and his son own about 7%.
Neftisa is owned by the Cypriot Dolmer Enterprises Ltd, which in turn is owned by the Cypriot Doneler Finance (75%) and Ramore Holdings (25%) from the British Virgin Islands, the ultimate beneficiaries of Doneler are Mikhail Gutseriev and his son Said (together 9%), and also Sait-Salam Gutseriev (91%), Kommersant writes.
Neftis declined to comment, the newspaper notes.
