The son of the founder of AFK "Sistema" Vladimir Yevtushenkov Felix left the board of directors of the Ozon marketplace, the company said in a statement received by RBC.

The company emphasized that Ozon Holdings PLC and its subsidiaries are not under sanctions from the EU, the US , Britain or other countries.

On April 12, Great Britain imposed sanctions against the family of Vladimir Yevtushenkov: his son Felix, daughter Tatyana and wife Natalia.

Felix Yevtushenkov joined the board of directors of Ozon in March 2022. Since April last year, he owns 15.2% of AFK Sistema, holds the post of chairman of the board of directors of the Sistema charitable foundation and heads the board of directors of MTS.

Vladimir Yevtushenkov came under British sanctions in April 2022, after which he transferred 10% of the shares of AFK Sistema to his son, reducing his own share to 49.2%. As a result, he ceased to be the controlling shareholder of the company.
