
Russia is accustomed to reports that the United States is preparing new, tougher sanctions, Deputy Foreign Minister Sergei Ryabkov said in an interview with Interfax.
“Yeah, okay, read it again, spoiled the eyes from this reading even more, nothing more, that’s the whole effect,” he said.
According to him, Moscow has adapted to a similar situation in bilateral relations. “The task is like this, the programmed actions of the Western community in various formats in the Russian direction, it simply strikes the eye,” Ryabkov said.

The imposition of sanctions will continue further, the diplomat believes. In his opinion, it is naive to hope for the possibility that Russia will consider the demands put forward by the West for steps to lift restrictions.
