Ryabkov called the "debt" of the United States on relations with Russia

The United States must learn to perceive RUSSIA as a partner with whom it is necessary to conduct a respectful dialogue, said Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Sergei Ryabkov, RIA Novosti writes.

“The biggest debt the United States owes is to learn to perceive Russia as a partner with whom it is possible and necessary to conduct a mutually respectful dialogue, to negotiate on the basis of a balance of interests, and not through the imposition of some one-sided schemes or the issuance of ultimatums,” Ryabkov said.

According to him, there are no "debts" for Russia, Moscow presented to Washington all the proposals in various areas - from strategic stability to visas. “Everything is offered to the Americans. Apparently, they have a question of political choice,” the deputy minister explained.

Ryabkov believes that if the United States reacts negatively to Russian proposals on issues of strategic stability, then this is their conscious line of maintaining the crisis and "increasing tension."
