The Russian economy can adapt to the current crisis, for this it is necessary to remove the regulatory barriers that stand in the way of business. This was stated to RBC by businessman Arkady Rotenberg at the Eastern Economic Forum (EEF).

Rotenberg notes that, despite the departure of a number of foreign companies, unemployment in Russia has declined. “There is a paradox in the current unemployment rate - it has decreased. Why? Against the backdrop of the departure of large foreign companies, small and medium-sized enterprises have the opportunity to produce something, they began to develop, attract personnel. But this, of course, had to go a long time ago, ”explains Arkady Rotenberg.
