Russian companies called the timeframe necessary for business recovery

More than half of the surveyed companies were able to fully restore their business by September, however, most of those who have not yet emerged from the crisisrecovery may take from three months to six months

By the beginning of the new season in September, almost half of Russian companies were able to restore their business after the crisis caused by the CORONAVIRUS pandemic. Respondents to a survey of the Rabota.ru service told about this (RBC has the results). This option was chosen by 44% of respondents (compared to September last year, the figure increased by 28%).

The survey was conducted in September 2021 and involved more than 1,000 respondents from all regions of RUSSIA — company representatives, executives, HR directors, recruiters and HR specialists.

According to 27% of employers, their business has partially recovered (a year ago, 36% of enterprises said this). 18% of respondents said that the crisis did not affect their company (in September 2020 - 12%). 11% of companies are still in crisis, compared to 36% a year earlier.

Among those who are in crisis or have partially recovered, the majority of respondents (73%) will need from three months to six months to fully recover. Another 5% believe that they need 1 to 3 months. Another 21% of respondents indicated that they would be able to restore the indicators within a year.
