Sanctioned industrialists will receive a deferral of obligations

Russian industrial companies and individual entrepreneurs that have fallen under the sanctions will be able to receive a deferral of the fulfillment of a number of obligations under subsidized projects. The corresponding decree was signed by Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin. This was reported on the website of the government.

According to the government, the measure will reduce the load on the production cycle and maintain its sustainability.

The decision concerns agreements, the terms of fulfillment of obligations under which expire after February 23. “The term for achieving results under such agreements is extended to 12 months. Organizations will not have to return the subsidy or pay a fine, ”the message says.

The measure applies to enterprises receiving state support under state programs for the development of industry, the aviation industry, the electronic and radio-electronic industry, shipbuilding and technology for the development of offshore fields, the pharmaceutical and medical industries, as well as under the state program for scientific and technological development of RUSSIA.
