Press Secretary of the President of RUSSIA Dmitry Peskov refrained from commenting on the topic of a new package of EU sanctions against Russia, RBC correspondent reports.

“Some details have appeared, but so far it has not been published in detail. Let's wait, get acquainted, then we will judge,” he said.

A new package of sanctions was adopted earlier on June 23. The EU blacklisted 87 organizations "directly supporting the Russian military-industrial complex" in the conflict with Ukraine. These are organizations from CHINA , Uzbekistan, the United Arab Emirates, Syria and Armenia, the European Commission specified . They will be subject to more stringent EXPORT restrictions on dual-use goods and technologies.

The new sanctions ban the transport of goods to the EU by Russian-registered trailers, and ships that violate oil embargo and price ceiling rules are banned from entering EU ports. Brussels also warned of the possibility of expanding the ban on the export of goods to third countries through which goods subject to sanctions enter Russia. The licenses for broadcasting Russian TV channels RT Balkan, Oriental Review, Tsargrad, New Eastern Outlook and Katehon are suspended.

Restrictions have also been introduced against individuals and legal entities, their assets will be frozen. Names have not yet been disclosed, but the EC noted that the list of more than 100 names included judges, senior military officials "involved in the illegal deportation of Ukrainian children", businessmen, journalists and Russian IT companies.
