“The only way is to abandon the policy of hegemonism in world affairs and understand that Russia does not want, cannot and is not going to be anyone's vassal, in any sense of the word,” the Kremlin spokesman said.

According to Peskov, only when there is a “maturing” that it is possible to speak with Russia on the basis of mutual benefit and mutual respect, then it will be time to plan the next contacts.
