VAKS (High Anti-Corruption COURT ) of Ukraine confiscated two apartments of designer Artemy Lebedev in Kiev, Inna Bogatykh, DIRECTOR of the sanctions policy department of the Ministry of Justice, said on FACEBOOK (owned by Meta, recognized as extremist and banned in RUSSIA).

We are talking about two apartments in the center of Kyiv - on Yaroslavov Val (138 sq. m) and on Saksaganskogo street (193 sq. m).

"Strana.ua" reports that the first apartment was written directly to the designer and was sealed back in January, and he copied the second one to his friend, a programmer, a few months before the start of the military operation in Ukraine .

In January, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky imposed sanctions against Lebedev. The restrictions include blocking assets and preventing the outflow of capital from Ukraine.

In March, a criminal case was also opened against the designer under Part 3 of Art. 436-2 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (justifying Russia's actions against Ukraine) because of his report from the Zaporozhye nuclear power plant, which is controlled by the Russian side.

Prior to that, in 2017, Lebedev was banned from entering Ukraine "in connection with his activities aimed at causing harm in the field of information security." Two years earlier, Art. Lebedev Studio, on the anniversary of the annexation of Crimea to Russia, came up with the logo of the peninsula.
