In the spring of 2022, film manufacturer Eastman Kodak announced in its 2021 results report that it was studying the situation in connection with the Russian special operation in Ukraine.

“While the activities of the Russian subsidiary of Kodak are not material to the company's financial statements (less than 1% of total consolidated revenue for 2021), the military conflict in Ukraine and the international backlash have undermined Kodak's ability to manage the Russian subsidiary as usual, which affects its ability to pay suppliers and employees, collect amounts due from customers in Russia and deliver products,” the company said at the time.
