The introduction of personal sanctions by Ukraine can be equated with the award of the Order of Merit for the Fatherland, I degree, designer Artemy Lebedev said on Instagram, against whom Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky imposed sanctions the day before .

Zelensky previously imposed sanctions against Lebedev and 52 other people.
