Congressman proposes new sanctions and Putin's Responsibility Law

Republican Jim Banks has prepared a new sanctions bill, according to which sanctionsit is proposed to introduce against high-ranking Russian officials and businessmen from Putin's entourage,as well as against family members of President Jim Banks

US Republican Congressman Jim Banks developed a bill "On Putin's Responsibility", in which he proposed to impose sanctions against the President of RUSSIA, members of his family, Olympic champion in rhythmic gymnastics Alina Kabaeva and 35 other Russians, including businessmen, officials, heads of state channels and managers state corporations. Also on the sanctions list were TV presenter Vladimir Solovyov, head of RT Margarita Simonyan, head of Channel One Konstantin Ernst, judge of the Khimki District COURT Elena Morozova.

In addition, no later than 120 days after the adoption of the bill , the US president will have to submit a report with information on the condition and possible sources of Vladimir Putin, his family members and people close to him (the senator mentions Alina Kabaeva among them).
