
Iran is imposing sanctions on 61 Americans, including former US Secretary of State Mike Pompeo. This is reported by Eghtesad News with reference to the list of the Iranian Foreign Ministry.
According to the report, the sanctions were imposed for "support for the Iranian dissident and militant group Mujahedin-e-Khalq (MKO, MEK)".

Then the sanctions list included the then-current President Trump, Secretary of State Mike Pompeo, Treasury Secretary Steve Mnuchin, former Pentagon chief Mark Esper, Acting Secretary of Defense Christopher Miller and CIA chief Gina Haspel.
