“In my understanding, the most difficult thing is the dependence on the infrastructural technological base, and overcoming this dependence is the main goal of the work of almost all involved structures now,” he said.

The lack of competition, according to Goreslavsky, can lead to the fact that the creation of content "turns into a thing in itself." “When a world blockbuster comes out at the box office and your picture is standing next to you, you understand that the audience came here because huge distribution, advertising, marketing, etc. work for them, but they didn’t come to you. It’s very disappointing, it’s very bad, but it helps to understand where you are, where you are underworking, ”the head of the IRI explained.
