
Gennady Timchenko, who fell under EU sanctions, was not included in the list of candidates for the new board of directors of NOVATEK, follows from the decision of the board of directors of the company.
Representatives of the French TOTALENERGIES Arnaud Le Foll and Dominique Marion, who are now on the board of directors, have been approved as candidates. Leonid Mikhelson, the largest shareholder of NOVATEK, also remains on the list of candidates.
Irina Gaida from the Skolkovo Moscow School of Management and President of the Franco-Russian Chamber of Commerce and Industry Emmanuel Quidet became new candidates for the council.

According to the latest disclosures, NOVATEK's largest shareholders are Mikhelson (24.76%), Timchenko (23.49%), TotalEnergies (19.4%) and Gazprom (9.99%).
