The G7 countries ( UK , Germany , Italy , CANADA , France , Japan and usa ) are ready to take action against Iran after its attack on Israel. This is stated in a statement by the leaders of the G7 countries, published on the White House website.

“With its actions, Iran will further destabilize the situation in the region <...>. We will continue to work to stabilize the situation and prevent further escalation. "We therefore demand that Iran and its proxies cease their attacks, and we stand ready to take further action now and in response to further destabilizing initiatives," the statement said.

The statement does not specify exactly what measures are being discussed.

President of the European Commission Ursula von der Leyen, who also participated in the conversation between G7 leaders, announced plans to impose sanctions against Iran. She clarified that the restrictions may apply to Iran's programs for the production of drones and missiles.

Israel, in addition to imposing sanctions against Iran, is also going to propose declaring the Iranian Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) a terrorist organization.
