Over the weekend, 345 patients with COVID-19 recovered on the Don

As of May 15 and 16, 345 patients with CORONAVIRUS have recovered in the Rostov region. Such data is provided by the information policy department of the government of the region.
According to Rospotrebnadzor, 81,783 people recovered in the region over the entire period. Over the weekend, 408 new cases of covid-19 infection were also recorded , with a cumulative total of 91,333 cases. 1,475 patients receive treatment in hospitals. 11 people are in serious condition on invasive mechanical ventilation, 146 people are on non-invasive mechanical ventilation.
The total number of deaths of patients with COVID-19 rose to 4226 people, 28 of them over the past weekend.
Also, the information policy department of the Don government notes that to date, 370,944 people have been vaccinated against a new coronavirus infection, 3,791 per day. 265,192 people have completed vaccination (double administration of the vaccine), 3,359 per day.
Recall that earlier the chief sanitary DOCTOR of the Rostov region Evgeny Kovalev spoke in favor of maintaining restrictive measures in the region. On the May holidays on the Don, coronavirus restrictions were also not relaxed. Moreover, most of the mass events were canceled during this period.
