As RBC Ufa reported, since the beginning of the pandemic, Bashkiria has allocated 16.5 billion rubles to fight the coronavirus. In 2020, the region's expenses amounted to 12.4 billion rubles, in 2021 - almost 4.2 billion. The federal center sent another 11.3 billion rubles to the republic. The Republic is preparing for the fifth wave of coronavirus infection. On Saturday, November 11, construction began on two new infectious diseases hospitals in Tuymazy and Sibay. it is planned to put medical facilities into operation in January 2022. After the incidence decreases, they will operate as multidisciplinary hospitals.
