Suspended from work
Today, the HEAD of Rospotrebnadzor in the Republic of Tatarstan, Marina Patyashina, signed a decree on mandatory vaccination, which is introduced in the region from October 11. “Those who have not received the first component of the vaccination are subject to suspension from work from November 9, and those who have not completed vaccination against a new CORONAVIRUS infection - from December 7,” she said at a press conference at Tatar-Inform news agency.
According to her, vaccination coverage, as a result, should be 80%, taking into account those who have been ill over the past 6 months. Organizations that do not vaccinate employees within the announced time limits promise to be fined 50-150 thousand rubles (for individual entrepreneurs) and 200-500 thousand rubles for legal entities. They can also be suspended for up to 90 days.
“The refusal to vaccinate is legally fixed, it can be. However, such a person cannot be in those groups that are determined mandatory for vaccination. If this person does not work and is at home, he is not 65 years old, then he can continue to live his life and hope that he does not get sick, ”said Patyashina.
The head of Rospotrebnadzor of the Republic of Tatarstan noted that those categories of citizens for whom vaccination has become mandatory have 2 months to complete it. “Access to work for employees of fitness clubs, catering, shopping centers to work is not limited until December 6, after which they will have to be removed from their duties,” she said.
In addition, Patyashina explained what are the requirements for residents of the republic working remotely. “If employees continue to work remotely and do not come to the workforce, they are not included in the list of those to be vaccinated. However, when the employer wants to return them to the workforce, this can only be done through mandatory vaccination,” she explained.
