The Administration of the Governor of the Ulyanovsk region has made additions to the decree on encouraging employers to vaccinate employees. This was reported by Kommersant with reference to the HEAD of the state-legal department of the administration of the governor Alexei Preobrazhensky. Earlier, the document caused indignation of both business and local residents.

The decree in question obligated the employer to telecommute at least 40% of unvaccinated employees if the number of vaccinated and antibody-positive employees was less than 60% of the total staff of the enterprise.

If more than 60% of those who have immunity from coronavirus, then at least 10% of unvaccinated employees should go to a remote location.

Those who have not been vaccinated must be allowed to work if they test negative for covid-19 , the decree says.
