Volodin named laws coming into force in April

In April, social pensions will be indexed by 8.6% in RUSSIA. This was recalled by the Chairman of the State Duma Vyacheslav Volodin in the TELEGRAM channel.

“Social pensions will be indexed by 8.6%. The decision will affect 4 million people. Previously, the indexation of pensions was carried out for civilian non-working and military pensioners,” Volodin wrote.

The Duma adopted a law on the status of veterans for participants in the operation in Ukraine Society

In addition, starting next month, a law recognizing participants in the military operation in Ukraine as combat veterans comes into force.

Volodin noted that the norm would make it possible to extend tax, transport, land, and housing measures of social support to the military, as well as benefits for paying utility bills.
