The authorities of the Vladimir region will attract students of medical colleges and universities to help fight the spread of CORONAVIRUS. HEAD of the Ministry of HEALTH Mikhail Murashko told reporters about this, TASS reports.
The minister said that there are several problems in the region in providing medical care to the sick, first of all, an insufficient number of ambulance crews. “We have found a personnel solution, including with the involvement of senior students of medical colleges, now we are working on attracting students from higher educational institutions here,” Murashko said, noting that there are enough cars for regional ambulance stations.
He added that the situation with the spread of infection in the region is still tense, 2.3 thousand beds for patients with coronavirus have been deployed, and 16 thousand patients are receiving outpatient and inpatient treatment.
