France bans people who are not vaccinated against COVID from entering transport, trains and bars

To visit a shopping centre, hospital, cafe or restaurant in France, citizens of the country must present a "sanitary pass", which confirms that its holder has been ill with covid-19 or completed a course of vaccination against the disease.

French President Emmanuel Macron announced the strengthening of restrictions for those who have not been vaccinated against CORONAVIRUS and the expansion of the list of places where access for them is suspended in mid-July, these measures came into force on August 1.

Citizens can apply for a “sanitary pass” in paper or electronic form using the TousAntiCovid application. A request to prepare a vaccination certificate can be completed by any medical professional. To save the document on the phone, the patient must scan the QR code shown on it through the TousAntiCovid Carnet application.

You can also get a "sanitary pass" by passing a negative PCR test for COVID-19. This document will be valid for a maximum of 72 hours. After the medical worker enters the result of the analysis into the system, the patient can receive a "health pass" in an SMS message, by e-mail, as well as save the document in the application or print it in paper format.
