Ukraine plans to launch vaccination passports from July 1. This was announced by Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Digital Transformation Mikhail Fedorov during a meeting with President Volodymyr Zelensky.
According to Fedorov, the launch of vaccination passports in Ukraine will be synchronized with similar processes in the European Union.
The certificates will contain a digitally signed QR code. They can be used not only for international travel, but also within the EU member states. EU countries will not be required to impose any restrictions on certificate holders unless it is required for urgent medical reasons.
