
The government of the Kaliningrad region decided to introduce non-working days from October 28 to November 7. As reported on the website of the Cabinet of Ministers, during this period, new epidemic restrictions will apply throughout the region. They have already been approved by a resolution signed by the governor.
1. From October 28 to November 7, the government orders enterprises and organizations not to work, with the exception of those that ensure the functioning of infrastructure, as well as enterprises of a continuous cycle and some others, whose activities cannot be stopped in accordance with the decree of the President of RUSSIA.
2. Catering establishments will be closed, but they will be allowed to sell products in takeaway and delivery formats.
3. The work of shopping centers and non-food stores of any size will be suspended - except for stores selling food, children's goods, medicines and medical products, as well as pet stores.
4. Institutions providing banking, financial and insurance services are required to temporarily transfer at least 70% of their staff to a remote work mode.
