The authorities will consider the issue of vaccination of labor migrants

The government is working on the president's order to vaccinate foreigners, Deputy Prime Minister Tatyana Golikova's office said.

“First of all, the issues of vaccination of labor migrants and foreign citizens who are already on the territory of the country will be considered,” the deputy prime minister’s office said (quoted by TASS).

As Deputy Prime Minister Marat Khusnullin said earlier, the government is considering the issue of a simplified option for bringing migrant workers into the country for the construction industry. “We are now working on a topic so that we can still make a simplified version of the importation [of labor migrants] and mandatory vaccination,” he said on the air of the “Special Guest” program on RTVI.

According to him, the lack of labor migrants is now the main problem in the construction industry in RUSSIA. “For our country, these are very big risks, this is an undermining of the country's economy, that is, we simply will not develop,” he specified.
