The regime of non-working days in the Pskov region will end on November 8, the authorities decided not to extend the restrictions. This was announced on his Instagram by the governor of the region Mikhail Vedernikov.
“November 8 in the Pskov region ends the regime of non-working days. For two weeks we lived under severe restrictions. <...> These forced measures have yielded results,” the governor wrote.

Earlier, regional authorities said that the QR code system would be in effect until the New Year. The QR code system in the Pskov region operates in restaurants and cafes, leisure facilities, fitness clubs and swimming pools.
