Authorities threatened with a fine for violations at a party at the river station

The organizers of the party at the Northern River Station in Moscow can be fined up to 1 million rubles, the Moscow headquarters reported in TELEGRAM.

As employees of the Association of Administrative and Technical Inspections (OATI) found out, the requirements of social distancing and the use of personal protective equipment were grossly violated at the Techno Rooms party.

These violations provide for a fine of up to 300 thousand rubles. for the organizers of the party. However, the amount will increase to 1 million rubles, if the inspection establishes the fact of harm to people's HEALTH, the headquarters concluded.

RBC sent inquiries to OATI, the organizers of the Techno Rooms party and the administration of the Northern River Station.

В Москве с 18 июня введен запрет на проведение зрелищных мероприятий численностью от 1 тыс. человек. О штрафах за нарушения этих мер предупредил руководитель главного контрольного управления Москвы Евгений Данчиков. По его словам, будет применяться статья 20.6.1 Кодекса об административных нарушениях России. По ней граждане могут быть оштрафованы на сумму от 1 до 30 тыс. руб., а должностные лица от 10 тыс. до 50 тыс. руб.

Предусмотрены также штрафы для ИП и юрлиц, им, в случае нарушения закона, грозят штрафы от 30 тыс. до 50 тыс. руб. и от 100 тыс. до 300 тыс. руб. соответственно. Если нарушения повлекли за собой вред здоровью человека или ущерб имуществу, то штрафы ИП и юрлицам могут составить от 500 тыс. руб. до 1 млн руб. Кроме того, есть возможность приостановки деятельности предприятия на срок до 90 дней.
