Issuance of car loans in Bashkiria decreased by 13%

In Bashkiria, 2.5 thousand car loans were issued in February, which is 12.7% lower than in the same period last year, according to the data of the National Bureau of Credit Histories (NBKI). The republic, like a year earlier, ranks sixth among the 30 leading regions in terms of the number of loans issued for the purchase of cars.

In the country as a whole, in February, the issuance of car loans decreased by 5.4% compared to February 2021. Over the month, 70.4 thousand loans were issued in RUSSIA for the purchase of new cars and used cars. Compared to January 2022, their number increased by 15.6%.

Most car loans were issued per month in Moscow (6.7 thousand), Moscow region (4.8 thousand), St. Petersburg (4.5 thousand). The top 5 leading regions also included the Krasnodar Territory and Tatarstan, where in February they issued 3.2 thousand and 2.9 thousand car loans, respectively.

The reduction in the issuance of car loans was recorded in most regions. The largest decline in indicators was registered in the Sverdlovsk (-35.4%), Chelyabinsk (-26.9%) and Samara (-17.7%) regions. In a number of constituent entities of the country, the number of car loans issued increased, with the fastest increase in issuance in the Irkutsk (+20.1%), Arkhangelsk (+10.9%) regions and the Stavropol Territory (+10.1%).

According to NBKI Marketing DIRECTOR Alexei Volkov, the decrease in the reduction in the issuance of car loans can be called insignificant so far.
