Russian tourists who have not been vaccinated but recovered from covid-19 will be able to visit Vietnam. This was reported to RBC by the HEAD of the public relations department of Anex Tour RUSSIA Alena Khitrova.
“There have been relaxations. Now vaccinated and recovered citizens are allowed to enter Vietnam (without vaccination), previously it was possible only if they had vaccination with Sputnik,” she said. The Vietnamese authorities relaxed the rules for Russian tourists on February 9.
In order to confirm eligibility, tourists will be required to provide a certificate of illness in English in both printed and electronic form at the airport of arrival. Entry will be allowed in case of recovery no more than six months ago. “This also applies to children aged 14-18,” Khitrova said. Children under the age of 12 can enter Vietnam without a certificate of vaccination or CORONAVIRUS. Children aged 12 to 14 are not yet allowed to visit the republic.
