Earlier, the Sterlitamak City COURT fined the woman 2,000 rubles.

On November 10, the Supreme Court of Bashkiria overturned the decision of the Sterlitamak city court in the administrative case of pensioner Valentina Zvonareva. At the end of October, she was prosecuted and fined 2,000 rubles under the article on disobedience to the lawful demand of the police. The conflict between a woman and employees of the Ministry of Internal Affairs occurred at the bus station in Sterlitamak due to the fact that she did not have a certificate of vaccination against CORONAVIRUS.

“Following the results of the trial, the Supreme Court of the Republic of Belarus canceled the decision and returned the case for a new consideration to the court of first instance in connection with the violations of the procedural law,” the press service of the court said.

On October 17, Valentina Zvonareva was thrown off the Kumertau-Ufa intercity bus in Sterlitamak because she bought a ticket without a covid-19 vaccination certificate or a certificate of illness. Since October 2021, this has been a violation of the decree of the HEAD of the region. Police officers who checked the bus demanded that the passenger leave the passenger compartment. Then they took her outside. According to the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the woman resisted, “clutching the seats with her hands, resting her feet, trying to arouse a feeling of compassion on the part of other passengers and turn them against the police officers.” The incident was caught on video and caused a public outcry.

An administrative protocol was drawn up against Zvonareva. The city court found her guilty of the violation and imposed a fine of 2,000 rubles. She later appealed the decision to the Republic's Supreme Court. Currently, another case is being considered in the Sterlitamak City Court against Zvonareva under an administrative article on failure to comply with the rules of conduct in an emergency or the threat of its occurrence.

As RBC Ufa reported, in Bashkiria, due to the increase in the incidence of COVID-19, restrictions were imposed on visiting a number of objects. From October 4, you can visit state cultural institutions by presenting a vaccination certificate, a certificate of COVID-19 or a negative PCR test result. Since October 12, these same requirements have also been extended to shopping centers and private cultural facilities. From October 18, restrictions began to operate in baths and saunas, solariums, fitness centers, swimming pools, as well as cafes and restaurants (with a capacity of 50 or more people). The presentation of relevant documents has also become mandatory when buying tickets for intercity transport and the Orlan train.
