Prikamsk residents who returned from abroad were fined 4.6 million rubles.

For 10 months of this year, the Office of Rospotrebnadzor identified 1,051 residents of the Perm Territory who, upon arrival from other countries, did not undergo PCR testing in the first 3 days after arrival. Of these, 1044 people were brought to administrative responsibility. Nearly 600 cases were considered in COURT. The total amount of fines amounted to more than 4.6 million rubles, the press service of Rospotrebnadzor reports. 

Upon the arrival of flights with foreign citizens, the SPC staff checked more than 29 thousand PCR results, information about vaccination, as well as information about the disease. Since April 2021, selective testing of foreign citizens and stateless persons for covid-19 has been organized at Perm Airport . More than 3.2 thousand people were examined by PCR at the expense of the federal budget.

Earlier, RBC Perm reported that in the period from April 1, 2020 to April 1, 2021, the divisions of the Office of the Federal Bailiff Service in the Perm Territory received more than 9 thousand executive documents on the recovery of administrative fines from individuals for deliberate violation of sanitary and epidemiological rules. This mainly refers to non-compliance with the mask regime. More than 6.5 million rubles were recovered from offenders by enforcement measures.
