Vaccine "Sputnik Light" entered the civil circulation

The first batches of the Russian vaccine against covid-19 Sputnik Light entered civilian circulation, HEALTH Minister Mikhail Murashko said, TASS reports.

“The control stage was completed yesterday, and the first series of Sputnik Light went out of production into civilian circulation,” the minister said during a visit to a polyclinic in Belgorod.

Murashko specified that by the end of June, the number of doses available for vaccination will reach 2.5 million.

The Sputnik Light vaccine was registered in RUSSIA on May 6.
