
From November 8, QR codes will begin to operate in the Trans-Baikal Territory, confirming that you have been vaccinated against CORONAVIRUS or have had a disease in the past six months, for visiting cafes and restaurants. This was announced by Deputy Prime Minister of the regional government Alexander Bardaleev.
“Restaurants and cafes will reopen in the region, but it will be possible to get into them only upon presentation of a QR code about vaccination,” the official said.
The Vice Prime Minister noted that QR codes will also be needed to visit large shopping centers and consumer services enterprises.

Earlier, the HEAD of the region Alexander Osipov signed a decree, according to which, from October 25, residents were obliged to present a QR code in electronic or paper form along with a passport in order to visit catering establishments, outdoor and indoor sports facilities, fitness clubs and children's sections, explained the deputy chairman of the regional government Alexander Bardaleev. The list also included museums, zoos, circuses, attractions, cinemas, theaters, concerts, hotels and sanatoriums, saunas, spas, beauty salons, massage and manicure, solariums and dry cleaners.
