South Korean baby mistakenly vaccinated against coronavirus instead of flu

In the South Korean city of Seongnam, south of Seoul, a 7-month-old baby was mistakenly given a CORONAVIRUS vaccine instead of a flu shot. it is reported by Yonhap with reference to the city authorities.

The incident, according to the agency, occurred on September 29. The child was injected with Moderna's vaccine, which is usually given to adults. The drug was going to inoculate his mother.
