Employees of organizations, individual entrepreneurs and other citizens who sell goods on the territory of the Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug - Yugra (Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug) were required to show the buyer a QR code confirming vaccination against CORONAVIRUS or a past illness, upon request. The corresponding decree was signed by the governor of the region Natalya Komarova, the document is published on the website of the district government.

According to the document, not only buyers can demand a QR code, but also those who receive a service or order work.
