Reports of mining schools and kindergartens also came to the mayor's office of Birobidzhan. The city organized the evacuation of students and staff. “Explosion technicians and cynologists have arrived at the scene and are examining the institutions. Schools and kindergartens will start working after the leaders receive inspection certificates,” said Birobidzhan Mayor Maxim Semenov.

On April 11, emergency services in Khabarovsk evacuated more than 6,700 students from nine schools after reports of possible bombings. A letter with information about explosive devices planted on the territory of the institutions was received by the city administration. As a result of the check, the information was not confirmed.

On April 13, a series of evacuations took place in Khabarovsk again after a report of mining.
