In the Tula region, mass events were limited due to the increase in the incidence of covid-19 . This was reported on the website of the regional government.
“All previously planned mass educational, concert and entertainment events, including the Wild Mint Festival, have been canceled,” the message says.
The regional government clarified that over the past week in the Tula region, the daily increase in cases and hospitalization rates increased by 60%.
