The document will be submitted both electronically and on paper. By order of the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation, QR codes for people who have contraindications to vaccination will be available on the public services website from February 2022.

“For the time being, medical organizations of the republic will issue only paper documents on medical clearance. It is planned that new samples will be issued in polyclinics, but so far you should not run to the local doctor - the system is still being worked out, ”the ministry said.
