The National Security and Defense Council linked the action of anti-vaxxers with Moscow because of QR codes on the EP website

QR codes on posters of participants in a rally against vaccination in Kyiv led to the website of the Russian United RUSSIA party, according to the website of the Center for Counteracting Disinformation under the National Security and Defense Council (NSDC) of Ukraine.

The intelligence service considers this to be evidence of Moscow's involvement in the action. The National Security and Defense Council believes that it is also part of the company to disseminate data on the alleged negative consequences of vaccination against covid-19 on social networks, instant messengers and TELEGRAM channels . The purpose of the Russian special operation, concluded in the department, is "the maximum reduction in the level of vaccination" of Ukrainians.

Earlier in the day, on November 24, a protest action against compulsory vaccination was held near the Verkhovna Rada in Kyiv. According to the Strana.ua portal, about 1,000 people took part in the demonstration, TSN estimated the number of protesters at 500-700 people. The protesters, in particular, were holding posters with slogans for "the abolition of restrictions on constitutional rights and freedoms." Some had crossed-out QR codes on their posters.
