Saudi Arabia allows teenagers to be vaccinated against COVID-19

The Saudi authorities have decided to vaccinate part of the population in the age group from 12 to 18 years. This was reported by the press service of the Ministry of Health of the country.

Vaccination of adolescents will be carried out with a drug developed by the German biotechnology company BioNTech together with the American Pfizer.

This decision, according to the Ministry of Health, was made after the approval of the drug for this age group by the Food and Drug Administration.
