Since the beginning of the year, employees of the UEEB and the PC of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for the Republic of Tatarstan have identified 41 facts of the manufacture and sale of fake vaccination certificates, certificates and QR codes. This was reported by the press service of the department.

It is noted that 38 criminal cases have been initiated on these facts.

Employees compiled 2.3 thousand materials under Part 1 of Art. 20.6.1 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation in relation to legal entities and individual entrepreneurs, including 127 of them for a repeated violation. In addition, 11 violations were identified related to passing visitors to shopping centers and catering establishments without checking QR codes.

So, in the Baltasinsky district, the restaurant administrator did not check the presence of the code among the visitors, a protocol was drawn up against her. Another case was identified in Buinsk, where QR codes were not checked at the entrance to one of the city's shopping centers. On this fact, an administrative case was opened. The material is in court.
