A plant of reinforced concrete products will be launched in the Rostov region

AVA Group will launch in 2022 the production capacity of the plant for the production of general reinforced concrete products and panels for housing construction "Irdon". This was reported in the press service of the AVA Group.

The developer plans to launch production under the DSK-Monolith brand as early as Q4 2022. As a result of the full launch of the plant, the Rostov region will receive up to 230 new jobs, the company said.

“Technologies of the enterprise can be widely applied in the construction of low-rise and mid-rise residential buildings, social infrastructure facilities. Our technology allows us to reduce the process of project implementation by an average of 30%,” said Alexander Gershgorin, DIRECTOR of DSK Monolith LLC.

it is expected that the plant's products will be in demand in the Rostov, Volgograd, Voronezh regions, as well as the Krasnodar Territory, where there is still a high demand for real estate.

In 2021, the AVA Group holding acquired Irdon for 431 million rubles. The company specialized in the production of general concrete products and panel structures for housing construction.
