The corresponding decree was signed by Governor Vasily Golubev, according to the website of the regional government.

In addition to cafes, bars and restaurants (during non-working days they could serve visitors only in the take-away and delivery format), hairdressers and baths, saunas, fitness centers, water parks, solariums, massage and spa salons, bookmakers, gyms will return to work. , ice rinks, swimming pools and beauty salons. In addition, dental offices and veterinary clinics are allowed to provide services in full, before they could only see clients in case of emergency.

As noted by the authorities of the region, now it is impossible to get into the listed institutions based on the results of a PCR test for covid-19 . It will also be required when visiting theaters or shopping centers, and unvaccinated and unill citizens have the right to enter the shopping center only through a separate entrance, the regional government specified.
