In the Rostov region resumed raids to comply with anti-COVID measures

In the Rostov region, mass raids have resumed to comply with the precautionary measures introduced due to the spread of covid-19 . This was announced by Deputy Don Governor Mikhail Korneev.

“In connection with the deterioration of the sanitary and epidemiological situation, a decision was made to increase the number and density of outfits on the streets of the city. The police, together with attached forces, are strengthening supervision over the observance of restrictive measures,” Korneev explained.

According to him, the police, together with the employees of the Russian Guard, military personnel, representatives of the Cossacks and combatants, carry out preventive measures in public places.

As RBC Rostov previously reported, from August 4, 2021, new restrictions were introduced in the Don region due to the spread of COVID-19. Restrictions apply to almost all spheres of life, including changes in the rules for receiving citizens in medical institutions, restrictions have been introduced for concert halls, cinemas, catering establishments, fitness centers and a number of other measures.
