More than half (51%) of employers in RUSSIA have chosen vaccination as the main way to combat the flu epidemic, according to a survey by the SuperJob service (available from RBC).

Last year, only 17% of respondents organized staff vaccination. And a year earlier (in 2019) - 48%.

23% of employers rely on masks and gloves to combat the spread of infection, 12% rely on hand disinfection. The remaining control measures were chosen by less than 10%: remote work, sanitization of premises, treatment of sick people at home, promotion of a healthy lifestyle, temperature measurement at the entrance to the office, social distance and ventilation.

The survey involved 500 HR managers and other representatives of the personnel services of enterprises and organizations responsible for recruiting personnel. The study was conducted from September 22 to October 6.
